Background
Interactive Brokers, a leading financial services company, sought to launch IMPACT, a financial app aimed at empowering socially conscious investors. Despite being a robust concept, the app initially faced critical challenges, including functional bottlenecks, user experience issues, and an unclear market positioning strategy. Competing in a saturated fintech market dominated by major players, IMPACT needed to distinguish itself with a limited budget and a compelling go-to-market approach.
Mission
Our mission was twofold:
- App Optimization: Redesign and improve IMPACT’s functionality, user experience, and performance to create a seamless product ready for market adoption.
- Go-To-Market Success: Develop and execute a strategic pre-launch and post-launch marketing plan to drive installs, build brand awareness, and capture a share of the competitive fintech market, despite resource constraints.

- Launch Week Push: At launch, we employed high-impact app install ads across Google, Social, and Apple networks, focusing on rapid install velocity in the critical launch week to boost algorithmic performance.
- Influencer Campaign: A core component was leveraging celebrity and financial influencers. We activated a mix of celebrity endorsements, micro and nano influencers, and experimented with Cameo for Business, all aimed at building credibility and reaching a broad yet relevant audience.
- Branding Content: We developed engaging branding videos, generating strong organic activity, social engagement, and earned media coverage, amplifying IMPACT’s story across the ecosystem.
